For anyone purchasing a hearing aid or personal sound amplifier, Sound World Solutions offers a limited 1-year warranty for hearing aids and a limited 90-day warranty for personal sound amplifiers, from the date of original purchase. We will repair or replace any defective unit within the limited warranty of its purchase date.

Should your device become defective under normal use and conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Check to see if there is a simple remedy for the problem you are experiencing by reviewing our FAQ or by contacting our customer support team toll-free in the U.S. at (855) 792-0117 or +1-847-939-6101 outside the U.S.
  2. Contact us for an RMA
  3. Pack your amplifier in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase (a dated receipt) and ship it to us
